Camp Taconnet is located on the north end of Great Pond, the largest of the five Belgrade Lakes. It is about 30 minutes driving time from both Augusta and Waterville, and about 10 minutes from the village of Belgrade Lakes.

Directions

By Car
Take the Maine Turnpike (Interstate 95) to Exit 112 B (Belgrade).
Follow Rte 27 north through Belgrade Lakes Village to Route 225 (approx. 17 miles).
Turn right on Rte. 225 and follow for 1.4 miles.
Take a right onto Starbird Lane, follow signs to Taconnet.
Bear right at the fork and head toward the lake.
Ring the bell on the dock post to summon the ferry.
The staff will transport your luggage directly to your cabin.

By Air:
Several airlines fly into Portland and Augusta. Car rentals are available at the airports.
